Organization Profile (Per Workspace)

When an organization is selected, an Organization Profile tab appears. This lets you set organization-specific display name, email, bio, and avatar overrides.

• Overrides take precedence over global profile data in that org.
• If a field is left blank, the global value is used instead.
• If end-to-end encryption is enabled, you must load the organization encryption key before editing.

Organization profile data is stored inside the organization container, not in the global account service.

Tips

• Keep a consistent global name, then customize org profiles for client or partner-facing work.
• If encrypted fields show as [Encrypted], load the organization key first.
