Understanding Organization Credits
Credits power your RebelOps organization billing. The Credits page shows your balance, lets you add funds, and displays payment history.
Who Can Access This Page
The Credits page is available to members with elevated roles: founder, director, or chief.
How Credits Are Used
- The organization subscription is tiered from $4.99 to $499.99 per month.
- The applicable tier is based on the highest of the organization's current-year income, previous-year income, current-year funding, or previous-year funding.
- Storage usage costs $0.10 per GB per month after the free 500 MB quota.
- AI usage is paid directly to your chosen provider. RebelOps uses a bring-your-own-key model where you configure the provider API.
- Your balance updates after payments are processed.
Credits Card
- Shows the current credit balance and billing summary.
- Use Refresh to pull the latest balance.
- Use Add Credits to open the payment form.
Adding Credits
- Choose a payment method. Stripe uses a secure checkout flow; crypto uses the on-page wallet address.
- Stripe allows preset or custom USD amounts and returns you to the Credits page with a status message.
- Crypto payments require a transaction ID so the payment can be matched.
The page warns you if you submit a duplicate transaction ID.
Payment and Transaction History
- Transaction History shows credit usage and balance changes.
- Payment History lists submitted payments and their statuses.
