Managing an Organization
Setting Up the AI Assistant
The AI Assistant page lets you connect your own AI provider credentials and manage available models for your organization.
Who Can Configure the AI Assistant
AI Assistant settings are available to elevated roles such as founder and director. If you cannot see the page, ask an admin to update your role.
How It Works (BYOK)
- RebelOps uses a bring-your-own-key model for AI providers.
- Your organization stores the API credentials you add.
- Members can only use the models you define.
AI API Credentials
- The page lists all configured credentials and marks the preferred one for each use type.
- Use Add API Credential to create a new provider connection.
- Each credential card includes actions to edit or delete the entry.
Add a New Credential
- Open the AI Assistant page and select Add API Credential.
- Choose a Quick Preset (OpenRouter, PayPerQ, or Ollama) to prefill endpoints and models.
- Enter a Service Name (for example, “openrouter-primary”).
- Paste your API Key.
- Confirm the Endpoint URL for chat completions.
- Optional: add extra Headers as JSON if your provider requires them.
- Define Allowed Models with friendly names and model identifiers.
- Select Add Credential to save.
Preferred Credentials
The first credential you add for a use type becomes the preferred one. You can keep multiple credentials and switch by editing or creating a new preferred entry.
