Managing an Organization
End to End Encryption
End-to-end encryption is optional in RebelOps. When enabled, sensitive organization data is encrypted on the client so only team members with the organization key can decrypt it.
Organization Encryption Key
- Store the key securely and only share it with trusted teammates.
- Share the key with trusted teammates using secure channels.
- Lost keys mean encrypted data cannot be recovered.
Encryption Statistics and Bulk Actions
- The statistics card shows how much data is encrypted across projects, chat, users, extensions, and tasks.
- Use Bulk Encryption to encrypt existing data after enabling encryption.
- Use Bulk Decryption to decrypt existing data if you need to revert.
Generating a New Key
You can generate a new organization key only when all data is decrypted. RebelOps will warn you if encrypted data is still present.
