Who Can Manage Files

Directors and founders can manage organization files. Other roles can view usage but won’t see the file management tools.

Usage Overview

• Shows total storage used and the current trend.
• Highlights the free storage limit and any paid usage.
• Use the refresh icon to pull the latest usage data.

The usage bar separates free storage from paid usage and marks any overage.

File Management Tools

• Search by filename using the search bar.
• Filter to show unassociated files or user avatars.
• Preview images and see file size, uploader, and project links.

Download or Delete Files

Each file card includes download and delete actions. Deleting a file removes all project associations, and the page shows the impacted projects before you confirm.

Encrypted Files

Encrypted files display a lock icon. If you cannot preview an encrypted file, make sure the organization encryption key is loaded in the Encryption settings.
