Removing an Organization

Founders can schedule an organization for deletion from the Organization settings page. Deletion is permanent after the grace period.

Who Can Remove an Organization

Only users with the founder role can schedule deletion. If you do not see the Danger Zone section, ask a founder for help.

Before You Schedule Deletion

Deleting an organization permanently removes projects, chat history, integrations, and stored files after the 24-hour grace period.
The app requires an explicit confirmation phrase before deletion can be scheduled.

Schedule the Deletion

Open Organization Settings and select the Organization page.
Scroll to the Danger Zone section.
Enter the required confirmation phrase (the organization name or DELETE) exactly as shown.
Check the acknowledgement box confirming you understand the impact.
Select Schedule Deletion.

After scheduling, the page displays the deletion time and reason so you can verify the request.
