Managing an Organization
Organization Settings: Organization Page
The Organization page lets founders, directors, and chiefs update core organization details, branding, access information, and deletion settings.
Who Can Access This Page
The Organization page is available to members with elevated roles: founder, director, or chief. If you do not see the page, ask an admin to update your role.
Organization Information
- Organization Name is required and must be at least 2 characters.
- Description is optional and supports a short summary of the organization.
- Color Theme lets you choose a gradient accent for the organization.
- A warning banner appears if there are unsaved changes.
If end-to-end encryption is enabled, names and descriptions are encrypted locally before they are saved.
Organization Logo
Directors and founders can upload or remove a custom logo. The current logo is shown next to the upload controls. If you do not have permissions, the logo section displays as restricted.
Organization Access
- The organization URL is displayed and can be copied with a single click.
- Share this URL with team members who need to connect to the organization.
Danger Zone (Founders Only)
Founders can schedule organization deletion. This requires typing a confirmation phrase and acknowledging the 24-hour deletion grace period. Once scheduled, the deletion time and reason are displayed in the page.
