Terms & Conditions

Last updated: March 21, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using RebelOps. RebelOps is provided by Mironika LLC, registered in Wyoming, U.S. (2025-001728965). In these Terms, that company is called the Provider, we, us, or our.

If you create an account, join or manage an organization, visit the website, or use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use RebelOps.

2. Business Use and Authority

RebelOps is built mainly for organizations and for people acting on behalf of organizations in business, nonprofit, operational, or professional settings.

If you create, manage, or use an organization workspace, you confirm that you have authority to do that for the organization. You are also responsible for making sure the people you invite follow these Terms and your own internal rules.

3. Description of the Service

RebelOps is privacy-focused project and operations software with AI-related features. It may include organization workspaces, chat, projects, tasks, files, extensions, integrations, billing tools, and organization-specific runtime environments.

The product is still evolving. Features, pricing, limits, workflows, and technical details may change over time.

4. Beta Status

RebelOps is still in beta. That means some features may be incomplete, unstable, or changed without notice.

You understand that beta features may have bugs, downtime, security issues, or compatibility problems that can affect the Service or your data.

5. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for protecting your login details, API keys, encryption keys, and the devices you use to access RebelOps. You are also responsible for activity that happens through your account or because of the way your organization is configured.

RebelOps supports privacy-focused setups and optional end-to-end encryption. Because of that, we may not be able to recover access, decrypt content, or restore data if credentials or encryption material are lost.

6. Organization Administration

Depending on the permissions available in the Service, founders, directors, chiefs, and other elevated roles may be able to manage billing, members, files, integrations, AI settings, privacy settings, and organization identity.

Founders currently control organization deletion flows. If your organization schedules deletion, you are responsible for exporting or otherwise saving anything you want to keep before the deletion becomes permanent.

7. Subscription, Credits, and Billing

RebelOps charges per organization, not per seat. The subscription tier is based on whichever of these four numbers is highest for the organization: current-year income, previous-year income, current-year funding received, or previous-year funding received.

  • USD 4.99 per month when the applicable income or funding amount is up to USD 5,000
  • USD 9.99 per month when the applicable income or funding amount is more than USD 5,000 and up to USD 25,000
  • USD 19.99 per month when the applicable income or funding amount is more than USD 25,000 and up to USD 100,000
  • USD 39.99 per month when the applicable income or funding amount is more than USD 100,000 and up to USD 500,000
  • USD 59.99 per month when the applicable income or funding amount is more than USD 500,000 and up to USD 5,000,000
  • USD 79.99 per month when the applicable income or funding amount is more than USD 5,000,000 and up to USD 10,000,000
  • USD 199.99 per month when the applicable income or funding amount is more than USD 10,000,000 and up to USD 50,000,000
  • USD 499.99 per month when the applicable income or funding amount is more than USD 50,000,000

The subscription currently includes 500 MB of storage. Extra storage is billed against organization credits at the rate shown in the Service, currently USD 0.10 per additional GB per month.

Live session and call usage may also be billed against organization credits. Each organization currently receives a free conferencing allowance of USD 0.50 per calendar month. After that allowance is exhausted, RebelOps currently applies conferencing surcharges based on actual usage as shown in the Service.

  • USD 0.004 per video-and-audio participant-minute
  • USD 0.00099 per audio-only participant-minute
  • USD 0.01349 per cloud recording minute
  • USD 0.0043 per post-call transcription minute

Conferencing usage is measured from actual usage data and may include separate charges for participation time, recording time, and transcription time where those features are used.

Subscription usage is currently charged daily as a prorated part of the monthly organization price. Credits can be added in the amounts and through the payment methods made available in the Service. Unless the law requires otherwise, credit purchases are not refundable.

When we ask for organization income or funding information, you must provide truthful, current, and reasonably complete information. If something you provided later becomes materially inaccurate, you must correct it.

We may review the tier selected for your organization and raise it if we reasonably believe the organization has more income or funding than disclosed, or that the information provided was incomplete or inaccurate.

If your organization's income or funding goes down, you can ask for a lower tier. We may ask for reasonable supporting information before applying it.

AI usage follows a bring-your-own-provider model. Charges for AI compute, tokens, models, or similar usage are billed by the AI provider you choose and are not included in RebelOps pricing unless we clearly say otherwise.

Prices, tier definitions, fees, taxes, and billing rules may change. If we make a material pricing or billing change, we will give notice through the Service. We may also send email notice when a working email address has been provided.

If an organization stays unpaid or in a negative balance for more than 7 days after the first nonpayment notice, we may limit or suspend some or all features for that organization. If the balance is still unpaid and the organization does not respond within 14 days after the first nonpayment notice, we may terminate the organization and permanently delete its data after a final notice.

We may send repeated billing reminders, including email reminders to owners or other billing contacts when working email addresses are available. Because some accounts may use fictional or unreachable email addresses, in-product and support-channel notices also matter.

Unless we clearly say otherwise, listed fees do not include sales tax, VAT, GST, use tax, withholding tax, or similar transaction taxes. Based on our current business setup, we may not charge certain taxes in some jurisdictions. But if tax collection is legally required, we may charge, collect, and pass through the applicable amount. Taxes based on our own net income remain our responsibility.

8. Privacy, Customer Data, and Deletion

Your organization keeps its rights in the data, files, prompts, messages, and other content it puts into the Service. You give us the limited rights we need to host, secure, process, back up, transmit, and display that data so we can run and improve RebelOps in line with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Our privacy and data-handling practices are explained in our Privacy Policy and Privacy Manifesto. Optional end-to-end encryption is available for some use cases. When it is enabled, we may be technically unable to access encrypted content or help recover it.

When a founder schedules organization deletion through the Service, there is currently a 24-hour grace period before permanent deletion. After that period ends, organization data may be permanently removed. You should export any needed data before scheduling deletion or before access ends.

9. Third-Party and AI Services

RebelOps may work with third-party services such as payment processors, AI providers, hosting providers, storage providers, and other outside systems. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms, pricing, and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, model behavior, billing decisions, moderation decisions, or data handling by providers you choose or authorize.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Transmit malicious code or viruses
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure
  • Upload or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content through the Service
  • Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights
  • Share credentials improperly or bypass organization permissions, rate limits, or security controls

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, site design, branding, and original materials other than Customer Data, is owned by the Provider or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service to you.

12. Service Availability and Changes

We work to keep RebelOps available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device, browser, integration, workflow, or external provider. Maintenance, upgrades, incidents, and third-party failures may affect the Service.

We monitor availability and make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Service reliable and to restore functionality after outages or incidents. But we do not promise a specific uptime percentage, recovery time, or service level unless we clearly agree to one in writing.

We use operational safeguards, backups, and recovery processes, but we do not guarantee that every item of data can always be preserved or restored in every situation.

We may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue features or parts of the Service at any time, especially during beta.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to some or all of the Service immediately if we reasonably believe it is necessary to address a security risk, protect other users, comply with law, respond to abuse, handle unpaid amounts, or enforce these Terms.

Your organization can also stop using the Service and can schedule organization deletion through the workflows available in the Service. Some deletion workflows currently include a 24-hour grace period before permanent removal.

If nonpayment is the reason for termination, we will generally try to send a final notice before permanent deletion. You remain responsible for saving any data you need before access ends.

After termination or deletion, we may keep limited records where needed for law, security, accounting, fraud prevention, or as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent allowed by law, RebelOps is provided as is and as available. We do not promise merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted service, or any warranty that may otherwise arise from a course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not promise that the Service will prevent every security incident, preserve every item of data, or make your organization compliant with every legal or regulatory requirement. You remain responsible for your own legal, compliance, tax, accounting, and operational decisions, even if RebelOps helps with them.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, use, or data arising from or related to the Service.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are also not liable for direct damages arising from or related to the Service.

If the law does not allow a specific exclusion or limitation in a particular situation, then that exclusion or limitation applies only as far as the law allows.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will post the updated version in the Service or on the website and give notice through the Service. We may also send notice by email if a working email address has been provided, but in-product notice is the main notice method.

If you continue using RebelOps after the updated Terms take effect, that means you accept the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and each party accepts the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

18. Contact Information

If you have questions about these Terms, contact us through the support channels available in the Service or by email at info@rebelops.app.

19. Miscellaneous

Sections that are meant to keep applying after termination or deletion will continue to apply. That includes sections about fees, taxes, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law and venue, and any other part needed to interpret or enforce these Terms.

These Terms, together with any policies or documents they clearly incorporate by reference, are the full agreement between you and us about the Service. They replace earlier or contemporaneous understandings about the Service.

If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
